What do others compliment you on? Is there a pattern or recurring them? Sometimes others can provide insight into our special qualities. Consider all of the positive feedback you can remember.
What could you do for hours and lose track of time? Now its time to get to the nitty gritty. What are you passionate about? What seems to make time stop when you are doing that activity? Really get in-tune with your thoughts and feelings here. What things do you want to regularly incorporate into the rest of your life?
